The Organizing Committee may award travel grants of up to $1,000 USD to selected delegates to assist with travel expenses for the conference. Only those who submit an abstract will be considered for a grant. The application deadline is 10 March 2026.
1. Students currently enrolled in an academic degree program
2. Early career researchers who obtained a PhD within 5 years of applying (taking into account career breaks)
3. Researchers with a permanent base in a low- or lower-middle-income country
The travel grant system will start 16 February 2026.
