The IPA Lifetime Achievement Award acknowledges the lifetime contribution of individuals for outstanding permafrost science and engineering research, and/or for exceptional contributions to the international permafrost research community.
The nomination process for the award involves a lifetime CV and letters of support. At least two letters of support are required from Adhering Bodies other than the home Adhering Body of the nominee. If you are interested in nominating an individual, please contact the relevant country representative and use the nomination form to prepare your nomination.
2020 Award Winner: Dr. Jerry Brown
